Shipping Policy

çokacıolmuş orders are carefully packaged, and shipments within Turkey are made with Aras Kargo. Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Shipping Time

Orders are prepared and delivered to Aras Kargo within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation, depending on stock and production status. This period does not include the carrier's transportation and delivery time to the address. The delivery time of the shipping company may vary depending on the delivery address, workload, public holidays, and force majeure.

Shipping Fees

As of June 2026:

• Shipping is free for orders of 1,000 TL and above.
• For orders under 1,000 TL, a flat shipping fee of 130 TL applies nationwide in Turkey.

The shipping fee is automatically added to the order total at the payment step.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the cargo company, tracking information will be sent to the communication channels you specified in the order.

Undeliverable Orders

If the recipient is not found at the address, the shipment may be directed to an Aras Kargo branch. Shipments not collected from the branch within the specified period will be returned to us. If re-shipment is requested, the current shipping fee may be charged.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If you notice significant damage, crushing, or leakage on the outer packaging during delivery, we recommend asking the cargo officer to prepare a report. The absence of a report does not negate your legal rights. For damaged, missing, or incorrect products, you can contact info@cokaciolmus.com with your order number and photos, if possible.
