2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and relevant legislation, regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer electronically via www.cokaciolmus.com.tr.

3. Product, Price, and Payment Information

The essential characteristics of the product, quantity, sales price including taxes, discounts, shipping cost, payment method, and total amount are displayed on the order summary and pre-information screen. By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts the obligation to pay. Payments can be processed through authorized payment service providers, including Shopify infrastructure and PayTR.

4. Delivery

Orders are prepared within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation, depending on stock and production status, and delivered to Aras Kargo. This period does not include the cargo transportation time. The product is sent to the delivery address specified by the Buyer, not exceeding the maximum legal period.

As of June 2026, shipping is free for orders of 1,000 TL and above; for orders under 1,000 TL, a fixed rate of 130 TL applies throughout Turkey. The final shipping amount on the order confirmation screen shall prevail.

5. Seller's Obligations

The Seller is obliged to deliver the product in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, completely and in compliance with the legislation. In cases where the fulfillment of the order becomes impossible, the Buyer will be informed, and the collected amounts will be refunded within the periods specified in the legislation.

6. Buyer's Obligations

The Buyer accepts that the information provided for the order, payment, invoice, and delivery is correct, and that they will pay the product price and additional fees shown on the payment screen. If there is visible damage to the outer packaging during delivery, it is recommended to request a report from the cargo official. The absence of a report does not eliminate legal rights regarding defective goods.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Subject to the exceptions to the right of withdrawal, the Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Notification can be made to info@cokaciolmus.com or to the Seller's postal address with a clear statement.

The Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 10 days from the date of the withdrawal notification. When the contracted carrier and return method specified by us are used, no return shipping fee is requested from the consumer.

8. Refund in Case of Withdrawal

The Seller will refund the collected payments, in accordance with the conditions specified in the legislation, within 14 days at the latest from the date the withdrawal notification reaches them, using the payment instrument used by the Buyer. The Seller may withhold the refund until the product reaches them or until the Buyer provides documentation that the product has been sent. The time it takes for banks and payment institutions to reflect the amount to the account is independent of the Seller.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are perishable or may expire quickly (such as fresh peppers), products personalized at the Buyer's request, and products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once their packaging has been opened after delivery. These exceptions do not eliminate legal rights regarding defective, damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered products.

10. Defective Products and Disputes

For defective, damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered products, the Buyer's elective rights arising from Law No. 6502 are reserved. In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the Buyer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place is authorized, within the current monetary limits at the date of application.

11. Evidence and Effectiveness

Electronic records, order summary, pre-information, payment records, and correspondence between the parties may be used as evidence in accordance with the legislation. The Buyer accepts that this agreement and the pre-information were presented to them electronically when they confirm the order and complete the payment.
