2. Categories of Personal Data Processed

Identity, contact, customer transaction, finance/payment transaction, membership, transaction security, legal transaction, marketing preferences, and request and complaint information may be processed. Card data may be processed by authorized payment service providers, including Shopify and PayTR, for the purpose of completing payment transactions.

3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of executing order and contract processes, receiving payments, preparing and sending products, issuing invoices, managing membership and customer relations, finalizing returns and complaints, ensuring information security and preventing fraud, fulfilling accounting and legal obligations, establishing/exercising/protecting a right, and conducting marketing activities if you have explicit consent or communication permission. These processes are based on the conditions of establishing or performing a contract, legal obligation, explicit provision in the law, establishing/exercising/protecting a right, legitimate interest, and explicit consent where necessary, as set forth in Article 5 of the KVKK.

4. Method of Collection

Data may be collected through electronic or physical methods via the website, membership and order screens, contact forms, email, phone, cookies, payment infrastructures, cargo companies, and other business partners.

5. Transfer of Data

Your data may be shared, limited to the purpose and necessary extent, with Shopify, PayTR, cargo companies, IT/hosting, customer service, analytics, marketing, accounting and consulting suppliers; with banks and payment institutions; and with legally authorized public institutions and private entities, in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

6. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed and to request information,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,
• To request its deletion or destruction under the conditions stipulated in the legislation,
• To request that the correction, deletion, and destruction processes be notified to third parties to whom it has been transferred,
• To object to a result that is against you, which arises exclusively from analysis by automatic systems,
• To demand compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing.

7. Application Method

You can submit your applications by stating your name, surname, signature if the application is written, Turkish ID number or identity information for foreigners, notification address, contact information, and your request to info@cokaciolmus.com, through the communication channel on the website, or to the address Göztepe, İzzet Beltan Sk. No:5B, 34730 Kadıköy/İstanbul. Applications will be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with the legislation.
