Delivery and Returns Policy

This policy explains the delivery, withdrawal and return terms for orders placed on www.cokaciolmus.com.tr.

Dispatch time

Orders are prepared and handed to Aras Kargo within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation, depending on stock and production. This is the time it takes us to hand the order to the carrier, not the carrier's transit or delivery time. Public holidays, high volume and force majeure may add extra time.

Shipping fee

As of 1 September 2026, shipping is free on orders of 1,000 TL and above. Orders under 1,000 TL are charged a flat 140 TL shipping fee anywhere in Türkiye. The final amount shown at checkout applies.

Delivery and damaged parcels

Please check the outer packaging when receiving your parcel; if there is visible damage, crushing or leakage, ask the courier to draw up a damage report. Not having a report does not remove your legal rights regarding defective or damaged goods. For incorrect, missing or damaged items, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, if possible, photos.

Right of withdrawal and return period

Subject to the legal exceptions, the consumer may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. The withdrawal notice must be sent as a clear statement to info@cokaciolmus.com or to the postal address above.

After the withdrawal notice, the product must be returned to us within 10 days. It should be unused beyond what is needed for reasonable inspection and, where possible, sent in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Under the conditions set out in law, payments received are refunded within 14 days at the latest of the withdrawal notice reaching us, using the payment method used for the purchase. We may hold the refund until the product reaches us or proof of dispatch is provided. The time your bank or card issuer takes to post the amount is outside our control.

Return shipping cost

For returns under the right of withdrawal, no return shipping fee is charged when you use the carrier and return instructions we provide. Return costs for defective, incorrect or damaged products are borne by the seller. Parcels sent cash-on-delivery without an approved return request may not be accepted.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable products or products that may pass their expiry date (such as fresh peppers), products personalised at the consumer's request, and products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once their packaging has been opened after delivery. These exceptions do not remove your legal rights if the product is defective, damaged, missing or incorrect.

Uncollected parcels

For orders returned to us because the recipient could not be reached or did not collect the parcel from the branch, the current shipping fee may apply if resending is requested. Return and withdrawal provisions apply separately depending on the nature of the order.
