This policy outlines the delivery, withdrawal, and return conditions for orders placed through www.cokaciolmus.com.tr.

Shipping time

Orders are prepared and delivered to Aras Kargo within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation, depending on stock and production status. This period refers to the time it takes for us to hand over the order to the cargo company, not the shipping and delivery time to your address. Public holidays, peak seasons, and force majeure events may cause additional delays.

Shipping fee

As of June 2026, shipping is free for orders of 1,000 TL and above. For orders under 1,000 TL, a flat shipping fee of 130 TL applies throughout Turkey. The final amount shown on the payment screen will be considered valid.

Delivery and damaged shipments

We recommend checking the outer packaging of your cargo upon delivery; if there is noticeable damage, crushing, or leakage, please ask the cargo officer to prepare a damage report. The absence of a damage report does not negate your legal rights regarding defective or damaged products. For incorrect, missing, or damaged products, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, if possible, photos.

Right of withdrawal and return period

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, subject to exceptions to the right of withdrawal. The withdrawal notification must be sent to info@cokaciolmus.com or the postal address above with a clear statement.

After the withdrawal notification, the product must be returned to us within 10 days from the date of the notification. The product should not have been used beyond what is necessary for reasonable inspection and, if possible, should be sent with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refund

From the date the withdrawal notification reaches us, the collected payments will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days, in accordance with the relevant legislation, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund process may be delayed until the product reaches us or a document proving the product has been sent is provided. The time it takes for the bank or card issuer to reflect the amount in your account is independent of us.

Return shipping cost

In returns covered by the right of withdrawal, if the contracted carrier and return instructions provided by us are used, no return shipping fee will be charged to the consumer. Return costs for defective, incorrect, or damaged products are borne by the seller. Packages sent with reverse payment without prior return request may not be accepted.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

As per legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that spoil quickly or have an expired shelf life (such as fresh peppers), products customized according to the consumer's wishes, and products whose packaging has been opened after delivery, making them unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. These exceptions do not negate legal rights in cases where the product is defective, damaged, missing, or delivered incorrectly.

Undelivered shipments

For orders that are returned to us due to the recipient not being found at the address or not picking up the shipment from the branch, the current shipping fee may be requested if re-shipment is requested. Return and withdrawal provisions will also apply depending on the nature of the order.
