Dried Ghost Pepper Hot Pepper

Ghost Pepper held the title of "World's Hottest Pepper" from 2007 to 2011. Also known as Bhut Jolokia, it comes from the Assam region of India, where its local name translates as "poison pepper" – a fair description of its heat. Grown in ideal conditions the plant can exceed two metres in height and is remarkably productive.
