Chinese 5 Color Fresh Hot Pepper

Chinese 5 Color takes its name from the five colours it shows while ripening. Its small, conical pods turn from purple to cream, then yellow, orange and finally red, and because pods at different stages hang on the plant together the effect is spectacular. Both ornamental and edible, its clear heat works well in cooking, sauces and pickles.
