Madame Jeanette Fresh Hot Pepper

Madame Jeanette is a Capsicum chinense variety from Suriname. Shaped a little like a small bell pepper, it is prized for its tropical aroma and serious heat. Its fruity flavour, often described with notes of mango and pineapple, makes it aromatic as well as hot. It is often confused with Scotch Bonnet but is larger and more irregular in shape.
