Orange Ripple was developed by Jason Schwarz of Toadstool Gardens from a cross of Orange Habanero, Yellow Scotch Bonnet and Carolina Reaper. It may carry a Reaper-style tail, but it is nowhere near as brutal. A little hotter than Scotch Bonnet and Habanero, it works beautifully in nachos, hot sauces and salsas, and its glossy orange colour makes it as attractive as it is tasty.
